I know this is a commercial from one of those dreaded big box stores, but it is catchy, and has a great spiritual message. We have to stock up and share the Joy, and the reason we have it.

Unique visitors to post: 0Hope you didn’t find yourself waiting with these people on Wednesday. The biggest mail day of the year before Christmas. Even on a great day lines don’t move
that fast at the post office. Certainly not on this day. Don’t forget the real reason for this time of the year! Slow down, reflect on the many blessings God has given you, not on something that will come in the mail.
Unique visitors to post: 1It seems like every Christmas season there the one thing a lot of people are focused on. People are excited about it. They are talking to their friends about it. They can’t sleep because of it. They ask questions and talk to strangers about it. They are fanatic about their passion for it. You know what I’m talking about. Cabbage Patch 
kids was IT one year.
Pushing, shoving, yelling, midnight phone calls. It was crazy. Another year it was the infamous Tickle Me Elmo. People would pay almost any amount of money for one. This year, you can buy them at Big Lots. This year it is Wii-whatever. Maybe it’s the Wii Fit you’ve been searching for.
Trying to fill that heart shaped space in your chest. You’ve probably driven to multiple chopping centers. Gotten up early to get to a 24X7 Walmart to see if they got a shipment in.
We are a sorry lot. I can’t imagine what the world would be like if we got as excited about Christ as we have about Cabbage Patch Kids, Tickle Me Elmos and Wii Fits.
